Sleep Music Alarm ("the App") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what data the App collects and how it is used.
The App uses Apple's HealthKit framework to provide the following features:
HealthKit data is processed entirely on your device. It is never sent to external servers, stored remotely, shared with third parties, or used for advertising purposes.
The App uses location data for the following purposes:
Location is collected at reduced accuracy (approximate location only). Location data is held in temporary memory on your device and is not stored persistently or transmitted externally.
The App uses the following advertising services:
These services may collect device information (device model, OS version, etc.) and IP address for ad delivery. Personalized ads are only served when you have given consent.
For users in the EEA (European Economic Area), data collection is enabled only after explicit consent, managed through the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP).

On iOS 14.5 and later, the App requests your permission before accessing the device's advertising identifier (IDFA) for personalized advertising. You can decline without affecting any app functionality.
If you provide personal information such as your email address when contacting us, it will be used solely to respond to your inquiry and for no other purpose.
When you use the in-app bug report feature, your form responses, app version, OS and device information, and diagnostic logs are transmitted solely to investigate the issue and respond to your inquiry. Diagnostic logs may include in-app identifiers, settings, and information about actions performed in the App. HealthKit data and location data are not included in bug reports.
Bug report data is stored using Google Firebase and is used only for as long as necessary to investigate and respond to the report. To request deletion of this data, please contact us using the form at the end of this page.
Your personal information will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law. We may engage service providers such as Google Firebase to store and process data for the purposes described in this policy.
App data such as alarm settings, sleep records, and alarm history is normally stored in a local database on your device. If iCloud backup is enabled, this data may be backed up to Apple's servers. When you submit a bug report, only the information described in Section 6 is transmitted externally.
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
