Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Sleep Music Alarm ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

1. You agree to use the App only for purposes permitted by these Terms and applicable laws and regulations.
2. By using the App, you consent to the processing of data as described in the Privacy Policy.
3. The App may provide access to third-party services such as YouTube and Apple Music. The developer is not responsible for any content accessed through these services.
4. The App may communicate with the developer's servers to check for updates, including bug fixes, feature improvements, and new versions. By installing the App, you agree to receive such updates automatically.
5. The developer may stop providing the App, permanently or temporarily, without prior notice at the developer's discretion.

2. Subscriptions

1. Premium features are offered as an auto-renewing subscription.
2. Payment is charged to your iTunes account.
3. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
4. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your Apple ID settings.
5. Previous purchases can be restored from the App's settings screen.

3. Intellectual Property

1. All content within the App, including the user interface, text, graphics, audio, and data, is the property of the developer or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
2. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license for personal use only. Reverse engineering, decompiling, modifying, or commercial use of the App is prohibited.

4. Alarm Disclaimer

1. While the App makes every effort to ensure alarms function correctly, alarms may fail to operate as expected under the following conditions:
   • Incoming phone calls or other system interruptions
   • Streaming playback failure due to network issues
   • Device restart, force-quitting the App, or OS updates
   • Low Power Mode or Screen Time restrictions
2. The developer is not liable for any damages resulting from an alarm failing to sound.

5. No Warranties and Limitation of Liability

1. The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
2. The developer's liability for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App is limited to the amount you actually paid for the App.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are prohibited:

• Sending spam, chain mail, or phishing communications through the App
• Unauthorized modification or reverse engineering of the App
• Placing excessive load on the developer's servers
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or infringes on the rights of third parties

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
2. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
3. Any claims must be brought within one (1) year after the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated without prior notice. Any changes will take effect when posted on this page.
