1. Use of the App

1. You agree to use the App only in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws and regulations.
2. By using the App, you consent to the handling of data described in the Privacy Policy.
3. The App may communicate with servers to provide bug fixes, improvements, and new versions. By installing the App, you agree to these automatic updates.
4. The developer may temporarily or permanently discontinue the App without prior notice.

2. Character Voices

1. The App synthesizes character voices on your device using VOICEVOX voice models.
2. Synthesized audio is used for alarm, timer, and stopwatch voice cues within the App. Audio files cannot be exported for use elsewhere.
3. Each character voice is subject to the terms set by its provider. Please refer to the official VOICEVOX website and the terms for each character.

3. Subscriptions

1. Premium features are provided as an auto-renewing subscription.
2. Payment is charged to your Apple Account.
3. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
4. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings.
5. Previous purchases can be restored from the App’s settings.

4. Intellectual Property

1. All content in the App, including its interface, text, graphics, audio, and data, is the property of the developer or licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
2. The developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive right to use the App. Reverse engineering, decompiling, modifying, or commercially exploiting the App is prohibited.
3. Images and audio you configure in the App must be content you own or have permission to use.

5. Alarm Disclaimer

The App makes every effort to sound alarms, but alarms may not operate correctly in situations including:

• Incoming calls or system interruptions
• Device restarts, force-quitting the App, or OS updates
• Low Power Mode or Screen Time restrictions
• An alarm firing before voice synthesis is complete

The developer accepts no liability for damages resulting from an alarm failing to operate.

6. No Warranties and Limitation of Liability

1. The App is provided “as is,” without any guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
2. The developer’s liability for damages resulting from use of, or inability to use, the App is limited to the amount you actually paid for the App.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Sending spam, chain messages, or phishing content through the App
• Unauthorized modification or reverse engineering of the App
• Placing an excessive load on servers
• Other conduct that violates applicable laws or infringes the rights of third parties

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

1. These Terms are governed by Japanese law.
2. Disputes concerning these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Japan.
3. Claims concerning these Terms must be brought within one year after they arise.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may change without prior notice. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
